This workshop is an introduction to mindfulness and how to apply this in your daily life to reduce stress, help manage your feelings and improve decision making

You will learn about breathing and short meditations, and mindful exercises you can practice yourself

  • Feel more relaxed through the practice of mindful meditation and other mindful exercises
  • Know more about how our minds can hold us back though thinking habits
  • Practise mindful activities which help you feel calm and confident when making decisions
