Hi-de-Hi

The 2012 Alton Lions Summer event will be based on the hit TV comedy 'Hi-de-Hi' and will be held on Saturday 9th June in Alton Public Gardens.

This will be the fourth year of these successful family fun days with previous events including the Wild West Show, The Good Old Days and last year's Swinging Sixties.

The purpose is to raise funds for the children of Treloar School and College and other local charities and organisations.

The hey day of holiday camps was in the 50s & 60s and our day will be full of nostalgic music, entertainment, demonstrations, refreshments, fun and games of the time. Gladys Pugh will be here to call 'Hi-de-Hi' and the day will be opened by our own 'Elvis' so be sure to reserve the date and come and sample all the fun and excitement of a day at 'Maplins Holiday Camp'.
